1. Purpose of the Site

Referrals2Rewards.com is primarily a platform for advertising and promoting opportunities. In addition to assisting in direct payments to users from sponsors, the Site offers tools and features that enable users to promote their products, services, and affiliate programs. By participating, you agree that the Site is designed for both advertising and direct payments between members.

2. Account and Personal Information

When you register as a member on the Site, you acknowledge and consent to sharing your personal information (name, email address) with your sponsor or referrer. This information is used solely for the purpose of managing your membership, communications, and facilitating the advertising and referral process.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

  • The Site does use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
  • All personal information shared on this Site is done with transparency, primarily for the purpose of facilitating connections between members and sponsors.

4. Direct Upgrade and Credit Payments

  • Referrals2Rewards.com stores users URL or EMAIL for direct payments to their sponsor using external payment processors(Wise,Skrill,CashApp,Stripe,BuyNow+,PayPal,Venmo and so on).

    Payments are made directly from a member to their sponsor.

    Referrals2Rewards.com in no way allows members to "send money" to other members.

    There is no "gifting capability" or Pay It Foward system.

    This is not a Matrix, nor a Multi-Level Marketing system.

    This is not a Ponzi or Pyrimid Scheme.

    There is NO TOP, NO SIDES and NO BOTTOM.

    Users are in charge of their own online business possibly for the very first time.

    Our community was built to break down a barrier, a wall of no success for many trying to earn extra money to survive in a cruel harsh world.

  • Referrals2Rewards.com designed for users to build, grow, share and become successful, NOT make the owner money, he(Ian Cormier) does that on his own by promoting, maintaining a list and running multiple successful businesses both on and offline.
  • Admin is not responsible for lost or failed payments between members. It is the responsibility of both the sender and receiver to ensure the payment is properly processed.
  • In cases where a sponsor does not have the necessary payment processor to receive payments, the admin may collect the payment on behalf of the sponsor. Depending on your membership level, 50% or 100% of the payment will be credited to you less any processing fees.

5. Advertising Services

  • As a member, you have access to advertising features on Referrals2Rewards.com, which may include banners, splash pages, and other promotional tools.
  • All members are expected to use the advertising system responsibly. The Site reserves the right to remove or refuse any advertising content that is deemed inappropriate or violates the terms of service.
  • The advertising system is a core feature of the Site and is designed to help members promote their offers to others within the community.

6. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Since all payments are made directly between members, the Site does not handle refunds for transactions made between users. Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

7. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and are accountable for all activities performed under your account.
  • The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Referrals2Rewards.com is a platform for advertising, and admin assumes no responsibility or liability for any payments lost or misdirected between members. The Site's role is limited to providing an environment where members can advertise, connect, and sell the upgraded membership and credits as their primary business focus. This allows users wishing to earn an income by using the internet when they would otherwise be limited without owning their own website.

9. Membership and Payment Processors

  • Depending on your membership level, certain features and payment structures may differ.
  • Admin will manage payments in cases where a sponsor cannot accept payments through their processor. The percentage of payment credited to the user will depend on the user's membership level (50% or 100%).

10. Credit Mailer System and Email Practices

Members who use the Credit Mailer system on Referrals2Rewards.com must adhere to strict email sending practices in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and guidelines set forth by Google. This ensures that all emails sent through the system are legitimate and follow industry-standard rules to avoid spambox.

  • Emails must include a clear and accurate subject line that reflects the content of the message.
  • Misleading or false information in email bodies is strictly prohibited.
  • Links are prohibited in the email message body

Referrals2Rewards.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
